Brief Answer:
they are symptoms of excessive stress or depression

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing back.

Anger and irritability are presenting symptoms of depression. When person becomes irritable he/she need to be evaluated for depression.
For diagnosis detail history and mental status examination are to be done by a psychiatrist.
Symptoms of depression are :
- Feelings of sadness, emptiness or unhappiness
- Angry outbursts, irritability or frustration, even over small matters
- Loss of interest or pleasure in normal activities, such as sex
- Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much
- Tiredness and lack of energy, so that even small tasks take extra effort
- Changes in appetite — often reduced appetite and weight loss, but increased
cravings for food and weight gain in some people
- Anxiety, agitation or restlessness — for example, excessive worrying, pacing,
hand-wringing or an inability to sit still
- Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements
- Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or blaming yourself
for things that are not your responsibility
- Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions and remembering things
- Frequent thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts or suicide
- Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches
- For some people, depression symptoms are so severe that it's obvious
something isn't right. Other people feel generally miserable or unhappy without
really knowing why.

If you have 5 of the above symptoms including sad mood or lack of interest are there for at least 2 weeks, you should consult psychiatrist for evaluation.

If you feel there is no other symptoms apart from irritability and it is recent in onset and not in your nature, this is likely due to distress of work, loneliness and living in remote area from home.

Depression can be treated with medicines and psychotherapy.
Distress can be improved with lifestyle modification and counseling. You may need session on anger management.

Your cross dressing problem may be adding to this stress.

Take regular sleep and scheduled meal.

Daily exercise (running ,walking) is really helpful physically as well as mentally.

You can count reverse from 100 to 1 in mind when you feel anger and before expressing the same.

Just think yourself in place of the person to whom you become angry and try to understand the situation. This may help.

If you guide/show mistake to some one in high angry tone, person(and people around) sees the anger and words spoken by you do not matter much. While if you say same words in low polite manner they will impact a lot and you can convey your message clearly.

1. Remember customer is the king in service sector. To expand your business or to achieve targets you need to deal with them in polite manner.

2.Bribe and rules breaking is not so uncommon. You can say clearly in low tone that such activities are not allowed by you at any cost.

3.For dues collection you have to behave according to rules. However anger in such cases sometime helps.

4.For this problem I have already mention solution.

5. We should be always open and welcome views and opinion of others also. This may help in our career, business or even in personal development.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Brief Answer:
you need treatment for depression

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up.

You mentioned that you have some symptoms of depression I narrated in last answer. This clearly indicates that your irritability is part of depression likely.
For depression treatment includes both medicines and psychotherapy.

Medicines:
SSRI group of medicines(escitaloparm, fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline) are quite helpful. They are proven antidepressant medicines.
Benzodiazepine group of drugs(etizolam, clonazepam, lorazepam) are used for initial symptomatic relief in anxiety and sleep disturbance. Later on they can be stopped.
Psychotherapy:
In depression I recommend cognitive behavior therapy(CBT). It helps in anger management also.

In your case if no psychiatrist or psychologist available for CBT sessions, you can go for medicines alone.
You need to consult psychiatrist without hesitation for detail evaluation and treatment.

Feel free to discuss further.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
no need to stop work, no urgent treatment required

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for question.

Yes possibility of depression is likely. Symptoms are not continuous as well as no significant impairment in social or occupational life. So severity is not so much that you should take treatment urgently. But yes whenever you get time go to doctor soon to start the treatment. Prevention is better than cure. Earlier the treatment starts better the results.

There is no need to stop work and take rest. Even treatment while working will be beneficial. You can see the changes at workplace in your behavior as well as other can observe and tell you about the same.

Take care.
