What Causes Feeling Foggy And Sluggish?

Question: brain itches sometimes and feels foggy and sluggish.. I work night shifts as well. is this a permanent feeling? I used to be able to process words and think clear but no more. help.

I have noted your symptoms. These are not permanent feelings and would go away with proper treatment.

Night shift duty may be contributing to these symptoms, so, if possible, try changing to day shift.

In addiiton, please check vitamin B12 level and thyroid profile, as any deficiency of vitamin B12 or thyroid hormone can lead to similar symptoms.
