Brief Answer:
Please visit your doctor to have some diagnostic done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by typical viral infection called flu. Fever, tiredness, headache, nausea, dizziness are quite characteristic for this issue. However flu usually lasts 3-4 days. During that time you should get gradually better. If flu lasts longer than 5 days, there is a need to get examined by a doctor.
Back pain is something that does not mach flu. It may be caused by urinary tract infection (kidney infection). If so, you may also have burning while urinating or lower abdominal pain.
For sure this needs to be ruled out.
Other possible infection sources like lungs or gastrointestinal tract should be also ruled out.

Please consult your doctor. Physical examination, blood work and urine analysis should be done. Antibiotic treatment might be necessary.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
