Question: I've been sick approx 4 1/2 months. Began with fatigue and joint pain then progressed to whole body pain where I couldn't walk for days. The pain has lessoned but I still get bad bad fatigue, night sweats and chills, hot flashes in the day, loss of appetite, nausea. I've had 13 cbcs done with differential, vitamin testing, Lymes, mono, thyroid, cortisol levels, A1c, loads of bloodwork, cat scans, mris of my brain and spine, endoscopy, hida scan, ultrasounds, xrays, I even paid out of pocket for a whole body pet/cat scan. All normal. The only thing I had off was my Ana was 1:1280 and I had an equivocal ds DNa(not quite positive but they won't call it negative) I'm so scared I have lymphoma or leukemia or some other horrible cancer. That would have been detected by now right? Please help ease my fear here

Hello and thank you for asking .You have done all the test and they are normal as you have mention in your post, but you still get bad fatigue, hot flashes ,loss of apettite.Whay do you thimk that you have leukemia or cancer if your test results are all negative? Please let me know your gender and your medical history if you have some.Have you done total blood exams and cancer biomarkers; In my opinion if they are all ok maybe you should see a psychologist for possibility of anxiety disorder or post traumatic stress. If you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to asking us.Kindly Dr Esmeralda

I had CBC with diff, metabolic testing, ldh, sed rate, c reactive protein, vitamins, cortisol, full thyroid panel, hormones, carcinoid testing, tests for parasites in the stool, allergy blood panels, immunology panel, SPEP, blood cultures, full rheumatological workup(Ana 1:1280), Lymes testing, mono testing, diabetes blood testing and that's it I think. Should I request something else

Also I've had a mammogram, forgot to add that.

I am 33 years old. I see my gyn on Wednesday to see if it's hormonal. Is it def not cancer? It just seems like I have all the signs of lymphoma. Would that always show on pet/cat full body scan?
