Brief Answer:
Need ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your query.

It seems that you are stressing out. But it may also be taking a toll on your heart. You will need an ECG as soon as possible to rule out conditions of the heart. You have a few risk factors as well like being overweight and a smoker.

Being tired can be caused by many conditions like anemia, hypothyroidism, liver issues, kidney issues, diabetes etc. These conditions can be easily ruled out with basic tests that include complete blood count, liver function tests, kidney function tests, thyroid profile, lipid profile, fasting blood sugar, etc.

Severe cramps in calves can be either due to low calcium levels or they can be a symptom of impaired blood flow to muscles of the calves due to plaque deposition etc.

Thus you will need to see a doctor as soon as possible (preferably in emergency room).

Hope it helps.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
