Brief Answer:
Do not be disheartened.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Since you have PCOD, the chances of conception in a cycle even after a successful ovulation are not more than 20-25%. This was your first cycle. No need to get disheartened. You need to repeat the process for at least 5-6 months and have regular intercourse during the peak time of ovulation for best chances of conception.
PCOD is a very common metabolic disorder these days and is due to western life style and inactivity , can be controlled with proper food , exercise and medical treatment under doctor's guidance.
Losing a few extra kilos will increase your chances of conception. Have a good diet control and avoid doing any heavy exercise. You can do aerobics, swimming or treadmill exercises.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
