Brief Answer: Retin A can cause dryness Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query, Retin A is tretinoin ( vitamin A derivative). It is used to reduce pigmentation and scars. It cannot control dryness. In fact dryness is the commonest side effect of Retin A. I think your doctor has prescribed it to reduce pigmentation or scar caused by burn. If you are using it just to control dryness, then its not going to help you and you must stop it. If possible upload a photograph of your face. This will help me in assessing your condition better. There is an option to upload photos on right side of query page. Please utilize it. Regarding plastic surgeons in your country, Dr XXXXXXX k and Dr XXXXXXX B XXXXXXX are amongst renowned plastic surgeons. You can meet either of them. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you
