What Causes Eye Tiredness With Headaches?

Question: I am having eye tiredness. It feels difficult to focus. I also have headache sometimes. I didn't have any prior eye issue. I am not on any medication right now. Do I need to be careful about something? Do something to relieve the problem etc?

By far the MOST common cause for this kind of eye fatigue and headaches is an uncorrected vision defect. You can go to you local Opthalmologist or Optometrist or even the local eyeglass shop to get your eyes tested.
