What Causes Extreme Tiredness While Having Hypothyroidism?

Question: I always have complain about lack of energy , please help me to get out of it. I have hypothyroidism. I sm taking 75g thyroxin . Everyday after 7 pm i start feeling lazy. My all tests like vitamin b 12, d3 diabetes, avg 3 months diabetes all are normal.

Dear XXXXXXX hi! welcome to HCM!
As you are hypothyroid and on treatment, though you have not mentioned, but I assume that thyroid profile must be normal.
Now with all biochemical profile being normal, still you are feeling lazy, tired, drained of energy.
It can be due to deficiency of micronutrients and calcium. though all reports are normal, still supplement yourself with calcium 500 mg every day, vitamin b12 1500 mcg and vitamin D 60,000IU once a week. please do this for three months and see the difference. if you can appreciate it, otherwise we will need further work up like serum electrolytes, cortisol, growth hormone etc.
