Brief Answer:
yes, you should go to mayo clinic.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.

I can understand your situation and problem. Extra cutaneous mastocytosis is something very very unusual. Moreover extracutaneous mastocytosis associated with asthma is even more rarer.

Since you are having GI problem with wheezing, I think you are having worsening underlying mastocytosis. You may need specific therapy for such acute worsening.

Though, the condition isn't urgently dangerous, it is better that you get evaluated early to avoid more problems. So better to consult mayo clinic. There are a lot of research works going on. And premier institutes such as Mayo might have facilities to evaluate this situation and treat you. So I will advice you to consult mayo clinic.

Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Yes, it can be blood in stool.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
Black pepper looking thing can be due to blood in stool. Since you are not bad enough, you can wait for appointment.
Meanwhile get done stool report for blood.
If this comes positive or your symptoms are persisting then you should not wait for appointment and rush to the Emergency department.
Hope I have solved your query.
