Brief Answer:
Obesity: The culprit behind your sweat "attacks".

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

It's great to hear from you again.

1. I would politely like to inform you, that the most probable reason you break out into sweats is obesity. This means that you might want to become slim and in "top condition". I would like you to visit a nutritionist as regards this, and he or she will inform you about various alternative appealing foods and juices that will help you shed some pounds. Losing weight can be easily accomplished WITHOUT EXERCISING TILL YOU DROP OR starving yourself. Kindly do this for yourself.

2. In the meantime, you might want to see a doctor as regards getting an "anticholinergic" medication that will halt your sweating episodes in their tracks. Of course, once you lose a few pounds, you won't require this pill.

3. As regards your lymphedema, I will explain to you why it happens and how to deal with it effectively. "Lymph" roughly means a specific type of body "fluid". "Edema" means accumalation of this fluid in the affected part of your body.

4.While sleeping, kindly place the heel of your affected leg on a pillow, this will provide relief as the "fluid" will seep back into the body. This is called "Tredelenberg" position.

5. There are medicines called as "diuretics", such as furosemide tablets, that will provide instant relief from edema, by pushing out the excess "fluid" through normal urination. However these drugs have side effects and the matter has to examined deeply by a face to face interview with a local doctor.

6. Please put yourself on a diet of oats (oatmeal).
1) You'll lose weight. No more sweats.
2) The swollen leg will get better.

7. Try to obtain cranberry juice. This has the same effect.

Kindly follow these suggestions to lose a couple of pounds and your "sweat attacks" will vaporize. You'll feel much better about yourself.

Take care.
