default
Posted on Wed, 1 Feb 2017
Question: I have bloated stomach, it's hard to burp, also a kindof burning pain(not severe, mostly discomfort) in different spots, middle of upper abdomen, left upper abdomen, lower abdomen on both sides or one at a time, around back, both sides of middle back. Symptoms kindof come n go and so far never all at once, it's best when I'm busy moving around. Urinating normal, stool looks normal tho less because of loss of appetite.

Brief Answer:
It is Acute gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
By the description of your symptoms it looks like you have acute gastritis which is swelling in the outer layer of stomach.
I would recommend the following avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid caffeinated drinks
Instead of Zantac I would suggest you to take Tab Esmoperazole 40mg half an hour before food for 15 days.
Also please maintain your food and sleep timings.
Hope this helps
Best wishes

Thank you very much for the information. I just have one question; When you say to maintain food and sleep timings, do you mean keep them consistent, like always at the same times of day and night? I ask because as of now I am "all over the place", up and eating late at night and sleeping all morning.
