Brief Answer:
your problem is treatable with medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

You seem to suffer from problem of erectile dysfunction (ED). This problem does not occur due to a gastric disorder.

I would like to tell you that this problem of ED is fairly treatable with drugs.
Drugs like sildenafil and tadalafil are used to treat ED. Among the two, tadalafil is a safer choice as it has minimal side effects of dyspepsia, headache and runny nose. These side effects are temporary and disappear within 2-3 days. Also, it has longer duration of action (48hours) then sildenafil.
But these are prescription drugs and to be taken under guidance of a psychiatrist.

You can do kiegel's exercises for strengthening of pelvic muscles. This will also help you. A psychiatrist/sex therapist will also guide you in this.

Talk and discuss about your problem with your partner and involve her in your treatment plans. This will increase your confidence in her and yourself. Engage in foreplay for longer duration.

If you feel that fatigue can be a contibutory factor, then perform intercourse at longer intervals initially.

Other than that, take healthy and balanced diet. Include walnuts, bananas and green vegetables in your diet. Go for a regular morning walk. Practice yoga and meditation as a routine.

Hope this helps you.
