Question: i have been having involuntary movements in arms and legs.i feel like blackout but not complelty ran my car off the road today and was able to control.i drop things alot it feels like my hand has a mind own sometimes

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Those episodes of uncontrollable movements and altered consciousness could be in the setting of seizures. The fact that you drop things a lot is also worrying because seizures and weakness of the limbs may both be a manifestation of a brain lesion. By brain lesion I mean conditions like stroke or tumor.

For that reason I think you should be evaluated as soon as possible, starting with a physical exam and some routine blood tests, but also brain imaging by CT or MRI.
