What Causes Enlargement For Right Testis?

Question: Hello Sir,
My Right hand side testis is enlarged to abnormal level. It was marginally big in size in compare to same of Left hand side. Since last 15-20 days it is enlarged abnormally. What is the reason behind this and how can I overcome? Please guide me.
