Brief Answer:
No treatment is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I wont get overly worried as this enlarged lymph node is an incidental finding and there is no specific complaint.
Single enlarged lymph node does not need any specific treatment.Multiple lymph nodes which are adhered to each other or significant enlarged lymph node(more than 20 mm) causing pressure effect needs to be investigated further and the management accordingly.

I shall be glad to answer if you have any more query.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
I don't think this lymph node is due to malignacy

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back

I can understand your concern.Single enlarged lymph node does not indicates malignancy.
Pain abdomen in this age is very common.
I would like to know
If pain abdomen is associated with loose stool, vomiting, burning urination, low grade fever or poor appetite?
Does pain is severe enough to disturb sleep?
What is the site of pain (around the umbilicus or in the peripheral region)?
If all the investigations are normal and pain is not associated with other symptoms or severe enough to disturb sleep,it is most likely due to functional pain abdomen /recurrent pain abdomen.
This recurrent abdominal pain usually get improved as the child grows and only symptomatic management (like dicyclomine antispasmodic) is needed.
You can consult the oncologist but I don't think it would provide much benefit.
I suggest you to consult a pediatrician for thorough evaluation and management accordingly.
