Brief Answer:
White blood cells

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
An elevated white blood cell count in the store could be a clue that there is a bacterial infection. Typically, stool will also descent for culture. This means that the stool is checked in the lab for the presence of bacteria. This test can take 24 to 48 hours to get the result. If bacteria does exist, antibiotics are prescribed. Once that is done, the infection typically disappears.
