Also, if it was and infection of the liver it would give much higher values than those. If you are taking any particular medicine, can elevate those values too.

Anyway, you need to rule out for sure that those values are related only with drinking.
The best way to do that is by repeating the tests in 7-10 days.
Also, an abdominal ultrasound would check if your liver is enlarged. An enlarged liver can be present in obese people, or in people who drink a lot. It can give permanent increased liver functions tests. So I suppose that is why your doctors have suggested the ultrasound.
