Brief Answer:
Yes.

Detailed Answer:
Creatinine of 2 is abnormal but you don't need to worry . normal creatinine can be upto 1.2 mg /dl. Elderly people are vulnerable for such insults to the kidney and get affected very easily.
is he a diabetic ? or hypertensive ? did he suffer firm any major heart or brain related problem ? is he taking any kind if treatment with done drugs etc? did he develop fever , chills et ? is he able to pass urine with out any difficulty ? is he constipated?
it requires a lot if information to analyse a simple value or a report . in fact, vomiting etc might cause such an elevation if urea and creatinine rather than high creatinine producing such symptoms.

He is not a diabetic nor any hypertensive and even any brain problem , yes he had Cabg in 2000 that is 14 yrs back, 7 days back he has high fever upto 103.75 f and was advised zocef 500 but he had accute vomitting sensation and total loss of appetite even water intake was thrown out, hence we admitted him in hospital where several tests were done, malaria- negative, dengue negative, typhoid negative and among other blood test creatinine 1.8 and blood urea 66.3 , now after seven days he is taking liquid fruit juices and coconut water but still not taking solids his fever has comedown to 99 f doctors here ate of view that some infection still exist hence he should be given a another course of antibiotics

Brief Answer:
He has UTI

Detailed Answer:
He has vulnerability for kidney injury as he is post CABG patient. He appears to have urinary Tract infection ( UTI) with which he became symptomatic. You should have done urine culture before giving him zocef as antibiotic therapy would change the report. Please get ultrasound and urine culture. He deserves an Intravenous antibiotic and other therapy for his symptoms.
