I m 40 female and i m anxious, light body shakes especially at night. I have muscle tension around cheeks and jaw area I cant sleep at night and wake up often at night and two months ago went to gynea and put me on qlaira saying i am perimenopausal. But my situation is not getting better except that i m no longer emotional because i couldnt understand why i wasnt getting better i went for neurotherapy and have done six sessions of neurotherapy so far to help with situation but it seems helping a bit in terms of moods and snxiety. But have incidences where i lack concentration and consistent pressure on top of my head. Then i went to integrative medical centre which made me to do blood test and revealed that i have high cortisol above normal range. I have been prescribed ashwaganda to control cortisol. I took it for a week and started sleeping better but still have some incidences of lack of concentration at work, minor forgetfulness and consistent pressure on top of my head. Am i loosing my mind? Do i have brain tumor? Please advise on what to do. I m so eager to get better and this is taking a toll on me and my family. As i eat healthy do mild cardio and yoga. i m also taking multivitamin and omega. Please help
