Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

I don't know if you changed the BP medication by your doctor recommendation ,but it seems that Striction bp was effective for you in reducing your blood pressure.
The values of BP when you were taking Lisinopril were over the normal range and a change in medication or dose was necessary.
Right now ,if you don't have any symptom of low blood pressure like dizziness ,lightheadedness , fainting, feeling with low energy and lethargic ,you should try to lower the dose ,and take only 2 tabs a day.
Monitor your blood pressure and if you continue to have abnormal values ,consult your doctor. It can be dangerous to change the blood pressure medication on your own.

Hope it helps.
Please feel free to ask for every question you might have.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
