Two probable reasons

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for writing to hcm. In diabetics, the common causes can be either a renal problem and/ or hepatic problem. Among the renal causes it is possible they can have a condition called renal tubular acidosis and among the liver causes cirrhosis is probable secondary to a variety of reasons. They need to be treated based on the underlying reasons. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
