Brief answer....you must get the proper estimation of microalbumin in your urine
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
You have not mentioned the quantity of albumin present in your urine.
A level of 30-300 mg of urine in 24 hours of urine is called as microalbuminaria and is indicative of early kidney disease while a level of more than 300 mg is indicative of presence of kidney disease.
Steps to reduce albumin in urine are...
Control of blood pressure meticulously. Keep the target below 110/70 mm of Hg.
Control sugar meticulously.
Quit alcohol and smoking completely.
Reduction of weight and regular exercises.
Avoid medicines which damage kidneys like pain killers etc.
I would advise you to consult a nephrologist for a proper evaluation and investigations of your kidneys and then get a proper treatment.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Hello,
I have seen your reports and find that your blood sugar levels, cholesterol and triglyceride levels, uric acid levels and urine albumin levels are high.
Basically speaking, there is no specific drug which can decrease the level of albumin in your urine.
The treatment is aimed at meticulous control of your blood sugar, blood pressure, blood cholesterol, exercises, reduction of weight and quitting alcohol and smoking.
In case you don't follow above mentioned principals, progressive destruction of kidney would keep on happening.
With proper control of above mentioned factors ,deterioration in kidney functions can be arrested.
In my opinion you must be jointly managed by an endocrinologist and a nephrologist.
Since you are very young, you can do everything very actively like doing regular aerobic exercises and taking care of your medicines as well as diet.
Thanks
