Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Good day.
Noted your question. These symptoms of early morning shaking spells could be due to a number of reasons. Infection ( sepsis) is the commonest cause. Other cause could be hypoglycemia ( low sugars).

Do you have fever or burining when passing urine, cough, abdominal pain etc?

Are you a diabetic or taking any blood sugar lowering pills?

Any weight loss or bone pains?

Any other major illness ?

Would appreciate a reply

Regards
Binu

Did u get to read my medical history? Not diabetic. Lot of exstreme sweating on and off. Very tired for a long time. Can never seem to find solution anywhere. At this time no abdominal pain. But do have problem where lower back becomes painful until (even though I have a complete illiostomy) I actually pass stool rectally. At first they said fistula now no. Something's wrong. Can one get septis there. Where stool and pus build up tell painfully comes out?
I'm very concerned thyroid. Cortisol levels something causing this all.
I know it's not the usual patient problem, but I just can't do this with all this tiredness constantly

Hi,
Unfortunately, your profile just mentioned the following.

Gender: Female Age: 49 Visited a Doctor: No Medications Tried: Na

Nil other history was available.

It is indeed possible to get sepsis in intestine , rectum etc. If you are having shaking spells, it is very important to do some blood works. CBC, CRP, ESR, blood sugar and Urine Routine are the very basic test any doctor would do in such a situation

Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Good day.

Thyroid dysfunction ( hyperthyroidism) can lead to shakes and tremors. Bit they are not in spells, but continuous. Cortisol is unlikely to cause such symptoms. Low cortisol make you weak and tired and you tend to lose weight. High cortisol also cause weakness, but there will be weight gain. Your symptoms seems unrelated to cortisol.
