Question: Hi I've just been cleaning my toddlers ears and one started to bleed. Do I need to take her to see a doctor? It has stopped.

In my opinion bleeding after cleaning in the ears is a sign of injury or infection. It may be in the outer ear or may be a perforation of the ear drum and from middle ear.
It can only be determined after ear examination with an otoscope.
