Since very long(5-6 years) I had Hair fall problem it actually hair thinning rather than hair fall.

Currently my hair become very thin weak hair roots and life less.. I lost some front crown portion.

I searched for remedies and I tried so many pills advised by doctors and shampoos it looks fine for few days then again it would be same.

Tried Minoxidil 5% for 1 month but hair fall increased too much, then I discontinued

Please advice if you had good solution or regimen.

I don't have Dandruff

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your information.
According to your history of hair fall suggest of androgenic alopecia.
I suggest you start with 2% minoxidil apply twice daily for one month after that you can increase to 5% and next 10%. You should wait for 3 months for better results. If you feel better then continue for 3 more moths but you should apply regularly.
Other option if you will not get better results then I suggest you visit a dermatologist. Doctor would prescribe finasteride 1 mg medication for few months.
The last option is hair transplantation which is effective treatment.
For healthy hair you should eat fruits and vegetables.
Apply oil one hour before shower.
Avoid stress. Avoid spicy, oily food.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Better avoid ayurveda shampoo.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up query.
I would not recommend ayurvedic or herbal shampoo if it is androgenic alopecia.
Herbal shampoo will not help you in most of the times.
Instead of using herbal shampoo I suggest you eat protein contains food like eggs, meat, nuts and beans.
I suggest you eat fish which contains omega 3 fatty acid which useful for your hairs and increases your immunity.
Eat 2-3 kinds of fruits daily.
I suggest you use mild shampoo like baby shampoo.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
