Brief Answer:
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
If there is no visible lesion and there is dryness and itching only with a short history of two days then its likely to be contact dermatitis. Local calamine lotion can be applied for relief from itching. Levocetirizine or desloratidine can be taken to lessen the pruritis. Try to wear loose cotton pants. Keep the penile skin lubricated and avoid dry masturbation or intercourse for a few days. If the itching persists or worsens then a dermatologist should be consulted to examine the area and advise accordingly.
