Question: Good Day Dr.
I was having severe flu like symptoms with running nose and body ache and mild feeling of fever for two days. I am bit asthmatic and was taking anti-allergic some times like Montec-LC to suppress sneezing and running nose. As my condition was worsening have stated taking Azithral- 500(Azithromycin) three days (one tab daily). Now my running nose and sneezing condition have improved but have started dry like cough and it is sever in night time. I have to keep my head in escalated position to get sleep. Pls. advice.
