I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having dry and itchy eyelids following laser resurfacing surgery.
Laser resurfacing surgery is done for usually cosmetic purpose and this will heal by 6-8 weeks.
As the collagen synthesis and remodelling will occur total healing will occur by 6 months.

Itching and dryness usually seen in the initial period and should resolve by 6 weeks.
Since it is more than 3 months now I suggest for re examination with your doctor.
