What Causes Double Vision?
Question: Why do I see double vision and I can only see the second line down from the biggest letters possible from far away? How is this possible is it my meds causing it?

This is a gross diminision of distance vision.You have to see an expert to rule out,1)need of glasses and 2)detailed fundus examination .The double vision has many reasons but apparently in your case need of glasses is primary.
This examination is to be done by optometerist and online test will not help anyone.So get an appointment soon and get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.
