Brief Answer:
Double vision requires evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having double vision.
The most common cause for double vision in your age group is paresis or palsy of the nerves supplying the extraocular muscles.

Since MRI is normal it rules out intracranial causes. Hence evaluation is required to rule out vascular causes.

I require more details like
Please mention
Whether double vision is present on seeing with both the eyes or even with one eye
Whether double vision disappear on closing one eye
What do you mean by psp

Do provide me answers for above questions so that I can answer your question more accurately.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
