What Causes Double Vision And Vertigo?

Question: hello my name is XXXX in 2012 I had stroke and iwas seeing double after that I had vertigo.three days ago now I am double from one eye when I went to doctor they said I 20 20 vision they donot see any thing wrong they even gave me a ct scan which was ok. please help me. I want to stop this vertigo and see better

Most likely the double vision,you are having is a complication of stroke and will,improve gradually over the months.
However,as the CT Brain is nornal,stroke is not confirmed as yet.MRI Brain may be needed for diagnosis.But presently,next step should be to visit a neurologist and an eye specialist for physical examination.Their opinion based on examination findings will be crucial.
