Brief Answer:
Sweat oe sebaceous gland lesion suspected.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

A dot like lesion on the lower eye-lid could be due to a cyst, sweat gland enlargement or neoplastic growth.

Matted eye lashes can be due to sticking of eye lashes due to discharge from the eyes.
Sticky discharge is seen in case of infection like conjunctivitis, allergic conditions, sweat gland or sebaceous gland lesion.

I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management of the condition.
Treatment will depend on the cause of the symptoms.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
