What Causes Dizziness With Ear Pain?

Question: Hi, my dependant, female, age 31, has light headedness and dizziness since one week, along with ear pain. Can you suggest any remedy / anything else that we need to do?

Thank your Dr. XXXXXXX for your response. I don't have any of the episodes mentioned above except pulsating pain in ear and dizziness even when am seated or at times when I am lie down with closed eyes I feel the dizziness. I have had similar episodes twice or thrice before this episode.

There can be possibility of migraine headache.
Is there any ear discharge, hearing loss, fever, loss of consciousness, seizures, weakness of limbs, visual loss, walking difficulties?
Any similar episodes previously?
For treatment take pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac.
You can also give advice regarding timely food, proper sleep and avoiding exertion, excessive tea or coffee.
