What Causes Dizziness, Weakness And Muscle Spasms?
Question: hello my husband is suffering a few health problems, and we've like to find out what tests to have run, to find a cure. he's been having these symptoms for 2 years 4 months, we're getting frustrated. He can hardly walk due to dizziness and weakness, he has shakes or spasms in his hands arms and legs, also ringing in ears, sick to his stomach, and a persistent cough, and excess saliva. He's had 2 MRI to brain done, results normal. Ears checked, normal. chest exray normal. PLEASE HELP US. Thank you

I have noted your husband's symptoms. It is unfortunate that no diagnosis has been made despite multiple investigations, as a result no treatment has been started.
Following investigations would be useful:
1. Blood tests- thyroid profile, serum vitamin B12 level, Serum vitamin D level.
2. MRI of cervical spine
3. Nerve conduction studies with electromyography (NCS/EMG)
4. CT scan of the chest
