Brief Answer:
Shortness of breath & hematological condition

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
There are many causes of dizziness, shortness of breath and tachycardia.
Can you please give a little more details about the diagnosis with which you left the hospital.
Also give a short account of your last blood work-up,if possible.
Otherwise shortness of breath/dyspnoea is the major symptom of Left Heart dysfunction.
Extertional dyspnea can occur in patient with severe anemia.
Anxiety should be considered as the cause of dyspnea only after organic causes (mainly cardiac & respiratory causes) have been ruled out.

They said my blood work was normal as well as my blood pressure. When I walk up the stairs it doesn't do it all the time mainly during the day. I have been nauseous as well. They said it had to do with light dehydration. Which makes no sense if my blood work was fine.also some shortness of breath.

Brief Answer:
Shortness of breath

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Shortness of breath can be due to cardiovascular or respiratory cause. Dehydration(mild) can be corrected with oral fluids. If symptoms persist, a complete cardiovascular/respiratory check-up won't be out of place, before embarking on anxiety state.
