What Causes Dizziness, Heaviness In Head And Headache?

Question: My Wife is having diziness and headache for long time. When she wakes up in morning she feels heavy in head. When she bends down she feels dizziness. She has aheadaches very often. Even when she is lying on bed, her head is spinning. I want to know which speciaiality of doctor should we show her to? General Physician or Gynae or some other speciality?
