Brief answer....get yourself investigated
Detailed answer...
Having these symptoms for a longtime means that there may be either some deficiencies or some medical ailment which needs to be investigated thoroughly.
The most common cause of such fatigue and tiredness in a young female like you could be due to
Iron deficiency anaemia
VIT D snd VIT B12 deficiency
Hypothyroidism etc.
less common causes could include liver disorders etc.
You must consult a doctor and get yourself thoroughly investigated.
Treatment would depend upon the cause.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
