What Causes Dizziness, Blurred Vision And Fatigue?
Question: while washing dishes after dinner I felt dizzy, weak and my vision was blurring. I had this same feeling in the morning and checked my bp. It was92/63. I rested till it went up to 139/80.
having that feeling again I went to check it and never got too. I had massive diareha and vomiting. after everything stopped I went to sleep. I slept about 2 hrs. when the cramps returned. this time I was passing blood. The cramps return every 10 to 15 minutes and I bleed. my blood pressure is 107/63.
What if anything should I do?

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that the problem your diarrhoea which is due to some significant infection as you are having blood along and blood problem is secondary to it.
Diarrhoea causes significant volume loss from the body due to which Bp falls. Its advisable that you should consult a gastroenterologist as early possible for proper treatment of your diarrhoea and by that time keep yourself hydrated and also add some electrolyte solution to the water you drink. It will help replace the electrolyte loss with diarrhoea. And take rest.
