Brief Answer:
The most likely problem is insufficient fluid intake..........

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this dizziness and light headache that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully. In elderly, dizziness and light headache are often caused by insufficient fluid intakes. This becomes very much pronounced when they rise very fast from the sitting position to an upright position as blood supply to the brain drops and provokes these symptoms.

In order to address this, it is important to drink much water. You should actually fill up your bottle and make sure you drink all of it in a day. Also, avoid rising too quick from a sitting position to an upright position. Finally, avoid walking unsupported and always use handrails to avoid any fails that may be provoked by your dizziness.

As you try these measures, please report your progress to me. If you are being treated for any other disease condition or taking any drugs beside alive and atorvastin , kindly let me know of this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
