Question: Hi doctor I'm 23 years old I have under active thyroid I had a baby 4 months ago and in mydelivery l lost a lot of blood which I needed a iron booster drip or transfusion can't remember which it was. My levels went down to 7. I take iron everyday sometimes 2 tablets a day. However past days I'm really feeling sick and very dizzy like I can't do nothing I feel so tired and dizzy and weak. What could it be?
