Question: Hi. Brief Answer:
Possible low sugar or low blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Dizziness maybe due to dehydration or hypotension.
2. If the dizziness increases with change in posture, like from sitting to standing or sleeping to sitting, it is possibly postural hypotension.
3. You need to be well hydrated and also change postures very slowly. Continue with nutritional diet as hypoglycemia, also could be cause of dizziness.
4. Continue paracetamol as necessary along with salt water gargling for sore throat. Do gargling 3-4 times / day. Along with it lozenges to soothen throat can be taken.
5. Headache maybe due to inadequate sleep.

Continue with good hydration. Slow change of posture and good nutrition is necessary. Check blood pressure, if possible.
Take plenty of fluids, juices etc. Avoid alcohol, caffeinated drinks.
Hope you are not hypertensive and on blood pressure medications. If yes, might require adjustment of dosage in near future.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
