Question: Hi. I have been having severe fatigue and exhaustion the last 5 days. 4 weeks ago my LFTs were back in the normal range. also have been having very pale XXXXXXX colored stools- almost no color plus I have lost 5 lbs in 2 days without doing anything different. I drink a lot of water- 90 oz per day or more plus with the fatigue I am having dizziness- especially when rising from a laying down position.

Dizziness after rising from lying down position is likely to be due to postural hypotension. Due to inadequate intake of fluids and lack of sleep , there could fall in blood pressure.

Here are few advise which can put you back on your toes with energy:
1. Hematinics : Iron therapy once or twice daily based on your hemoglobin levels
2. Multivitamin capsules : 2 capsules per day
3. Immunity boosters : Vitamin C capsule one per day. If not capsules you can go for natural diet like 2 glasses of lime juice everyday or XXXXXXX gooseberries or Chyawanprash
4. Adequate rest: Avoid streneous activities and stressful jobs
5. Mild physical activities like 30 minutes morning walk or evening stroll

You obviously didn't read the question all that well. the only thing you addressed was the dizziness- I also said I had extreme exhaustion and pale colored stools. you stated that it could be because I don't have enough oral intake- I said in the text part that I am drinking at least 90 oz of water every day. the recommended amount of water is 64 oz. some days I get more than 90 oz. At the present time I have a problem with taking walks- I am so exhausted I can hardly stay on my feet much less walk but my spouse and I are planning to take a walk this evening. oh and I am getting at least 6-7 hrs of sleep a night. I used to wake every 2 hours during the night but since I started taking mycelium, grape seed oil and spore powder I have been sleeping at least 6 hours at a time- no longer waking every 2 hours. I don't feel like I am stressed- at least not compared to what I went through 3 years ago. Thanks.

To rule out Diabetes as cause of symptoms

Greetings

Pale coloured stools is usually due to less or absent bile secretion in stool or related to food you are consuming. I would suggest you to stop mycelium and spore powder. Too much consumption of fiber may also cause discoloration of stools.
If the pale stools persist beyond a week time even after regularizing the diet, I would suggest you to get Ultrasound Abdomen to rule out gall bladder or common bile duct abnormality.
Regarding rapid weight loss in two without any physical activity, it is likely to be due to rapid fluid shift in body. Even 2 days of starvation won't cause this amount of weight loss provided fluid intake is ensured.
Excessive loss of fluids from body , that is through Urine (polyuria) could explain it. I would also suggest you to get Fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar examination done to rule out Diabetes. It's very much important to rule out Diabetes as the cause of your symptoms.
