Brief Answer: eat healthy and maintain hygiene Detailed Answer: Hello Mudit, It seems like a mild infection or colitis that happens often in you. Yes, I agree with your doctor that there is nothing to worry. However, you must take precautions to prevent the same from worsening. I would suggest you to eat healthy with lots of fiber in your diet i.e. vegetables and fruits. You should practice good personal hygiene in the form of frequent washing of hands thoroughly with antiseptic handwash like dettol. You could get a stool routine test done to see if there is any active infection now. No other tests are required. Wait and watch for a few weeks. If problem persist, then consult a Gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy, if needed. Hope this helps you. Take care!
