I have gone through your previous questions as well. I again advice you to get a colour doppler for varicocele. Because if this is significant, it may cause discomfort, pain ,more on erection, and sperm problems. Inability to maintain erection may be due to excessive anxiety, loss of arousal and venous leakage so ultra sound in erect state will help find out the problem. discomfort may also be related to this.
