Lipid profile is ok, along with fasting and PP results. BP 140/90 XXXXXXX mid day beginning on the day more around 130/80. Had little discomfort in my chest (angina) and periods of breathlessness (may be due to anxiety).walking doesn't present any shortness of breath. Please do help.

Brief Answer:
Be assured all seems well with the heart. Do mail me the ecgs

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I went through the sequence of events that you mentioned. At 32 years if you are a non smoker and a regular healthy lifestyle you are low risk to myocardial infarction. However I see more patients in your age group presenting with the same.
In your case, mostly the 1st ecg reported must have been done by the machine( I see commonly in my practice) and hence many times its wrong. If post that your doctor has reported it normal with normal stress test and echo I don't want you to worry much.
Your blood pressure as you might be borderline high because of the associated anxiety, but u will request you to keep a tab, by measuring in at different days on different times and maintain a chart.
Just for lifestyle, I will request you to Cut upon salt and oils from your diet, and 30-45mins of regular aerobic exercise Will prevent any further risk.
Sir if I am to review the ecg, I would wish you can mail me both the ecg and other relevant investigation so I can comment on same

Hi Doctor,
Was unable to upload the ECG reports.
Please do explain intermittent chest pain and swollen ankle for last 5-6 months. The chest pain was something which started after an emotional stress due to some relationship problems. Though the swollen ankle was much prior to that ( 3 months) without any pain. EOD the swelling will be visible which will be greatly reduced till morning. Have consulted a nephrologist with assurance that nothing i wrong with my kidneys and LFT was normal also with a slight increase (0.8) in direct billirubin. I am overweight (BMI =>30) almost 16 kg overweight.
Please suggest any conclusive pocedure or medication if required to overcome this problem. May be a mild dose of anti anxiety pills will help.
Have started feeling acute problems brething problems with felling of constricted throat and later unproductive cough at times. cant make out which is what.....

Brief Answer:
Be reassured.

Detailed Answer:
Considered you have done all relevant investigation for the heart, liver and kidney and no cause for the symptoms have been identified, I would reassurance you that there is no serious organic cause for your symptoms. Many a times ppl who are obese may have some ankle swelling. It's like soft fat. Plz don't worry for the same. I would recommend you to loose weight and get back to normal shape. You can use this time to hit the gym, meet ppl there and get of the term oil of your relationship.
The reason on chest pain may be anxiety as we become more susceptible to perceiving normal heart beats and ache as being significant. If no similar pain occurred while you extorted during stress test it's most likely not cardiac.
Surely a small dose of anti anxiety pill will be helpful, but should be taken under aegis of a doctor after proper counselling sessions. Trust me it can give magical results.
The acute breathing episode may be part of panic attacks to may have, when you pile up a lot of emotions and thought s.
Hoping my answer will help you resolve your query.
Regards
