What Causes Discomfort And Uneasiness In Lower Part Of Stomach?
Question: Hello Doctor. I am facing below problem from more than a year. Requesting you to analyze my case and provide the solution.
I am facing lot of discomfort and uneasiness in lower part of stomach. The affected area is inverted triangle starting from just above the testicles and ending just below navel.
i) lot of heaviness and fullness sensation in this area even after a complete motion
ii) I can feel the rapid heartbeat in this area
ii) no freshness after motion and urination
ii) not able to breath completely because as soon as i inhale , when lungs becomes full, the sensation reaches to the affected area and discomfort starts.
iii) etching sensation in the left and right cross starting from testicles to few inches left and right from navel
iv) during night time, a slight pain and blocking sensation in lower left of chest
v) uneasiness while puling or lifting a heavy thing
It's not pain but something like I can not express..it's diverting me from my daily work routine..my entire stomach/body is feeling light but this affected part seems to be heavy. The problem become sever after masturbation..So I am not able to decide it it is related to intestine or bladder or sexual organs...
Please help me n this regards as I tried medicines on constipation/digestion, but no relief ..I am not able to detect if it is problem with intestine or bladder or sexual organ.

Thanks for your query.
Based on the site of involvement and the symptoms I suspect the problem to be either in the urinary bladder or the ejaculatory system of the semen.
I would like to know what was the ultrasound scan report. Bladder problems usually are not missed in the scan and the ejaculatory system problems cannot be made out in the scans.
Please do upload the scan report and other test reports for my better understanding of your problem.

I would like to know what was the ultrasound scan report. Bladder problems usually are not missed in the scan and the ejaculatory system problems cannot be made out in the scans.

Thanks Dr. XXXXXXX I have uploaded all test reports. These were done when I suffered from constipation because of the same problem. Upper endoscopy is done. I don't have report but it was normal . Colonoscopy is not done.
Let me know if any test need to be done to check genital problem.
You as a doctor better to diagnosis the problem, but I just sharing my feelings which might help. From my sufferings, I feel that the problem could be related to valves in urine/semen ejaculation?
I request you to help me in this regards as the problem is getting worse.

I have gone through all the reports and the values are within range.
This points the diagnosis towards ejaculatory system problems like ejaculatory duct obstruction or vas deferens obstruction due to seminal stone.
These obstructions most of times result in infertility, low sperm count or symptoms as in you.
Please do consult an Urologist who can perform a transurethral endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis. The findings in the endoscopy can help in formulating a management.
