Question: hello sir i am 21 yrs old . sir i started masturbation at the age of 14. sir i have got very big veins on my penis it looks like spider veins . i get morining erections daily.erections are not a problem fr mebut i feel my penis is numb sir please help me for veins and numbness in my penis

sir i have a dead feeling in my penis ... my penis when erect is around 6 inches but when flaccid it very small and the nerves are very visible sometimes my penis glans are red and itchy .... the problem is the numbness when flaccid it is numb .. but getting erection is not a problem fr me yes i smoke and i drink a lot
