Brief Answer:
Diabetic Fatty liver with dyslipidemia.

Detailed Answer:
HI, Sir
I have carefully read your query and test reports and understand your concern.

Going by your reports ,my impression is Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia and Non alcoholic stetohepatitis(NASH)Fatty liver.

Elevated Hb1ac point to uncontrolled blood sugar.

Elevated LDL cholesterol and VLDL cholesterol point to Dyslipidemia.

Elevated liver enzymes like ALT,GGT point towards XXXXXXX which is a metabolic upset secondary to uncontrolled long term DM.

These disorders have led to these symptoms of indigestion.
Drugs like esmaprozole with Motilin can help to reduce your symtoms and improve digestion.

These drugs should be taken under strict medical supervision only.

I advice you to keep your blood glucose under tight control.

Drugs like Statins and Fenofibrates can be started in you to reduce the blood cholesterol and prevent macrovasular complications like Heart attacks and Stroke in the long run.

Consult your doctor for the institution of these drugs.

Trental can help to protect liver to some extent.

Dose modification of your sugar lowering drugs is the need of the hour.

Regular physical exercise for 20min and daily oatmeal for breakfast can help to lower the accumulated cholesterol in blood and liver.

I hope this info is helpful to you,
Thank you
