What Causes Difficulty In Urination And Painful Urination?

Welcome to the HCM.
Since uncomfortable urination could be due to urinary tract infection and blister could be a boil (hair follicle infection) or herpes viral infection or shingle.But before going to any conclusion ,blister has to be checked by a gynaecologist to see wether it is because of herpes or shingle or a boil.
You may also need a urine routine test done to rule out any UTI.
STD sexual transmited disease could be a possible cause ,since unprotected sex may cause transmission of infection from infected partner .Herpes,chlamydia and gonorhea and syphilis some are the common STD infection and all can cause blisters in vulva (genital region).So better to get examined by a gynaecologist and get swab test and urine routine test done.So suitable antibiotic course can be started to eradicate the infection .

Thanks for the reply. I asked the person who intercourse was with and she said she gets tested and is clean. I've only been with one other person and I know she was clean.
I did just get some sort of milky white discharge coming from the pee hole (sorry don't know the correct term). Does this clarify what it could be?
